There are many reasons to upgrade or replace your main electrical panel, and ones that are 20 years or older need to be inspected to determine if there are any signs of overload, arching, or heat. The following are the most common reasons to replace your electrical panel.

The typical electrical panel is only really designed to last 20-25 years.

Condition
Your electrical panel can be damaged from loose connections, surges and heat.

Manufacturer
There are several panels that are known to be dangerous and have high fail rates such as Federal Pacific and Zysnco Panels.

More Space

A tree came down and ripped the wiring  out from yhe breaker box to the pole. My mother lives alone and at 91 yrs old she was unprepared to live with out power for 3 weeks.  James at Big Frog not only made sure her home was rewired and ready for power when it came back on. But, he also made sure to check on my mother when he or his crew were in the area. They brought her water, they brought her a hot meal. For a daughter living out of the area, James and Big Frog eased my worries.  And, their prices were more than reasonable.
